It is important to remember to use the same mailing address in all locations requested.

You will be applying for the All-Lines Adjuster category.
You qualify to apply for an Adjuster's License because you have completed a TDI-approved course within the last 12 months with Earn Certification LLC.
Remember that your certificate is valid for one year so you must apply within one year to avoid having to retake the course and exam.
